Last Monday, we passed another Covid-19 recovery milestone with the opening of our hotels, pubs, restaurants and cafés and yesterday, we welcomed another jewel to the Royal Horticultural Society crown with the opening of their new garden at Bridgewater on the western edge of Greater Manchester.
I’ve made it my lead story in this week’s Britain Insider column along with some suggestions on how it can fit neatly into several, customised extended tours, one of which includes England, Wales and Ireland. Take a look at the left hand Read More as you’ll be pleasantly surprised by what you see.
The right hand Read More will take you to Scotland for some imaginative close encounters with Robert Burns, President Eisenhower, Scotland’s Book Town and Peter Pan. Tempted? Have a look.
