Last week, I highlighted five scintillating autumn festivals which take place each year. The exception was the Chelsea Flower Show which will return to its customary berth between 24th-28th May next year.
Today, I'm flagging up some more bright ideas, this time for the months of November and December. The lead time may be too short but with anglophile clients deprived of a GB visit for over 18 months, my conversation-starting suggestions might release some of the pent-up demand for a return encounter with their old friend Britain.
The left hand Read More will invite you to sample a few wee drams at the Spirit of Speyside Whisky Festival (plus a heads up for next year's event between 27th April-2nd May). There's a reminder of the Mozartfest in Bath and a terrific tour that brings together the Roman city of Chester, the World of Wedgwood and the treasure-filled Chatsworth, all decorated for Christmas. I've also included a tour that features Christmas Markets in Windsor, Winchester, Bath, Oxford and London with stately homes like Blenheim Palace stunningly arrayed for the festive season.
The right hand Read More is a reminder of the earlier autumn travel experiences I showcased in Travel Research Online, published last Friday.
