We had a technical problem with this week's Inside Track and we're sending it again. My apologies if you're seeing this for the second time.
With the wonderful news that transatlantic flight restrictions are to be lifted on Monday 8th November, take a look at some of the festivals, events and re-enactments that will encourage your anglophile customers to think cautiously and then seriously about a spring/early summer tour to their old friend Britain.
For April, promote a Doc Martin, Poldark and King Arthur themed tour to Cornwall or invite them tip toe through the tulips in the castles and gardens of Kent.
May gives you the Speyside Whisky Festival, the Chelsea Flower Show, the Brighton and the Bath Festivals, the start of the Glyndebourne Opera season and Crimefest in Bristol which I top and tail with Morse, Lewis, Father Brown and Sherlock Holmes.
In June, the Olimpick Games will take you to the Cotswolds while the Medieval Mystery Plays will beat a path to York. There's a Jane Austen Regency Festival and two Dickens Festivals (costume hire available for all three) and for garden lovers, the Blenheim Palace Flower Show combines with the Woburn Abbey Garden Show.
This week's Read More is packed with potential for July.
As you've just thought of clients who would be interested in one or more of these ideas, please get in touch and let's get things moving.
